Information For Customers Affected By The Collapse Of Kiss

Customers with flights booked before 6pm today will still fly out as normal.

If you have been affected by the collapse of Kiss, the British flight company, and are either one of the 13,000 people stranded abroad or have a future holiday booked through Kiss then please read the information below for advice on what to do next.

What happens next?

The Civial Aviation Association (CAA) has stated that all overseas customers can remain on holiday and fly back to the UK at the end of the holiday via the CAA’s Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing protection.

What about future bookings?

If you are one of 60,000 customers who have a future flight booked with Kiss then you will be able to claim back a refund for any of the elements of your holiday that is covered by Atol protection.

How can I contact the CAA?

If you are currently overseas you can contact the Civil Aviation Authority directly on 00 44 161 444 5811 to receive the latest updates they have.

If you flight was planned to fly out after 6pm today (Wednesday 18 August ) you will unfortunately not be able to fly and will need to contact the CAA to make a refund claim. The Civil Aviation Authority has confirmed that all overseas travellers will be repatriated and should ask for advice from their travel agents about alternative travel arrangements.
